1:1 Coaching
I want to teach you how to live in a present, mindful way in a distracted and busy society so that you can become a more productive and connected individual, family member, guide, colleague and friend.
Monumental change occurs only with the accumulation of the little things. Success isn’t something that happens to you. It’s something you attract, you choose, and you create.
Successful people focus on doing the little things better every day.
Our 1:1 sessions will be the initial spark to your self-improvement journey. I will provide you with the tools, concepts, lessons and actionable tasks that I’ve learnt over the years from a variety of highly successful people in the neurodivergent field.
Along the way, I will share the meaningful and impactful conversations I’ve had or observations I’ve been fortunate to have made from countless high achievers.
However, at the end of the day, the real work is up to you. After all, you can’t pay someone else to do your push ups. It’s your turn to take initiative for your self-improvement.
We live in the internet age, and we are able to find quality information on anything in a matter of seconds! This is why lacking knowledge is hardly ever the reason our performance suffers. The reason we get stuck, frustrated, and exhausted is not from a lack of knowing, but a lack of doing.
Through coaching with me, I will help you to raise your motivation. I will help you feel inspired, and guide you to start closing your most pressing performance gaps.
Working with me will help you in answering
these vital questions:
What sacrifices do I need to make?
What skills do I need to acquire?
Whose help would I benefit from?
What challenges should I expect?
What habits do I need to change?
How can I connect more with myself?
How can I connect more with the people around me?
How can I make a change?
How do I become empowered?
How can I live a more fun and fulfilled life?
The point of these coaching sessions is to identify the areas you need to improve in, and then make an effort to do so.
Coaching means connecting with yourself and connecting with others.
Connecting with yourself to get the voice in your head to be more positive, banishing imposter syndrome, developing confidence and resilience, demonstrating integrity, developing a growth mindset, and figuring out how to not take things so personally.
Connecting with others is understanding that guiding is about serving those you are sourrounded by, who you lead, and being empathetic, approachable, and humble.
It’s never too soon or too late to get a coach. Comment to achieving extraordinary results and you’ll find a coach gives you the best chance possible.
