Hey there! I’m Andreja.

Autism. Neurodiversity.

You are in the right place if you are feeling confusedoverwhelmed, or unsure – about the past, the present, or the future – for yourself, your child, or the individuals you support.

Whether you are a parent trying to understand your child, or a professional trying to understand how to truly help – this is where clarity begins, and where you will be seen, heard, and understood.

My Approach

Supporting the whole person — mind, brain, body, and meaningful connection

My approach is integrative, developmental, and relationship-based — bringing together RDI®, neuroscience, brain and nervous system development, mindfulness, and practical, real-life guidance.

Everything is tailored to the individual — their needs, their environment, and their everyday life.
This is not about managing behaviour. This is about developing the core capacities needed for life thinking connecting regulating adapting becoming independent (3)

If You’re a Parent…

You might be wondering:

  • “What do I do after the diagnosis?”
  • “Why doesn’t my child connect, respond, or engage?”
  • “How do I help my child develop attention, understanding, communication, and independence?”
  • “How do I handle behaviours that feel overwhelming?”
  • “How do I communicate with my child — whether they are verbal or non-verbal?”
  • “Will my child be happy?”
  • “Am I doing the right thing?”

You are not alone. And you don’t have to figure this out on your own.

Through 1:1 coaching and support, RDI® programmes, and parent group programmes, I will help you:

  • learn how to truly connect and build shared experiences with your child
  • understand what to do in challenging moments
  • guide development step by step through everyday life experiences
  • support your child’s brain and nervous system development
  • build your own confidence and competence as a parent, while helping your child build theirs too

Helping you become a regulated, confident, and capable guide for your child’s development — so real change can happen in everyday life, relationships, and the future.

Regulated, connected children who feel safe behave well.

If You’re a Professional…

You might be thinking:

  • “I have strategies, but I don’t always know what to do in real moments.”
  • “Why isn’t this approach working consistently?”
  • “How do I truly support development, not just manage behaviour?”
  • “How do I connect with the child, not just deliver intervention?”
  • “How do I support attention, regulation, thinking, flexibility, and independence?”
  • “How do I feel more confident in my decisions and guidance?”

You are not lacking skills.
You are looking for deeper understanding.

Through RDI® Professional Training, mentoring, consultation, workshops, and integrative developmental training, I will help you:

  • understand development, behaviour, and nervous system regulation more deeply
  • learn how to guide rather than control
  • build meaningful relationships with neurodivergent individuals
  • understand what to do, how to do it, and why it works
  • become more confident, regulated, and effective in real-life situations
  • support neurodivergent individuals to develop thinking, flexibility, connection, emotional regulation, and independence

Helping you move beyond surface-level strategies and become a confident, capable professional who can truly support neurodivergent individuals to thrive.
